I had dinner with my mom earlier.

Me: Hey mom, my friend Soo is going to be in town next week. You've met her before.
Mom: Oh? Which one is she?
Me: She's the shrink... She came to eat at the restaurant last year with Kristi, Kei and her bf, Danny. She's Korean.
Mom: Korean? No, she's Chinese. I remember talking to her in Chinese.
Me: Um, no, she's Korean. Did she reply when you talked to her in Chinese?
Mom: Or maybe I talked to her in English... Oh, now I remember! She came in couple months ago.
Me: Soo? Soo came in to eat? Are you sure?
Mom: Yes, she came in. She said she was your high school friend and her eyes used to be small, but now she has double eyelids.
Me: o.O That's not Soo, that's Sharon.
Mom: Oh....
